This luxurious lakeside villa dates back to the 15th century, although it wasn’t until the mid 16th century when the property evolved into what you see today.

Complimented by the well kept and colourful gardens, the sun-bleached, pastel-toned facade make it one of the prettiest villas on Lake Como. It boasts one of the longest and largest lakeside gardens of all the properties in the area. As well as the incredible views, there are many wonderful surprises and features to be found.

Arrival by boat allows your guests to see the pretty architecture of the main villa and all the surrounding greenery, creating the most impactful first impression.

The most popular location for a ceremony here is on top of the old boat house 'Darsena'. The vast space here allows for endless layouts and decor options and seating for up to 200.

From the Darsena you have of the most unique view points on the lake, with uninterrupted views from all angles. From this terrace you can see right down to Como city centre and north towards Bellagio.

The iconic Italian garden offers many different spaces, all well proportioned but none too vast, where we can create different atmospheres and entertainment for the unmissable cocktail hour.

On the other side of the Villa the Orangerie garden faces the stunning complex of Villa D'Este and houses the beautiful greenhouse that still grows its own oranges and lemons. The privacy of this garden together with the vast selection of exotic plants and colourful flowers make it the perfect spot for photos.

The charming courtyard faces the lake, with the villa surrounding it on three other sides, making a cosy and tranquil dining space.

The reception space comes to life at night time when the lights around the lake twinkle on the water. This area can be transformed for plan B scenarios with a tent structure to cover the courtyard.

The original interior of this villa with frescoes, marble floors and pastel colours does not disappoint. For small groups this space can be used for dining, or for larger groups it makes a perfect after party dance floor.

The absence of neighbours allows partying to continue late into the night inside the villa itself, where the ground floor rooms make the perfect dance floor and bar areas.
